How to Concentrate in online classes?

 "Success in life is a matter not so much of talent as much of concentration & perseverance."  

Many successful people agree that concentration and devotion was the main reason behind where they are. If you ask the high scorers of your class, the reason behind their scoring good would probably be that they pay attention to the classes and concentrated while studying. Many students couldn't score well because they lack concentration and interest in their studies. Many students think that studying isn't predominant in their life, but it is. Every subject taught to us has its use in the future.


Hi everyone! I am NorLorn, back with another blog for inspiring and motivating you. This time, I have noticed that many students in my class failed because they didn't give attention to the classes. Some didn't even attend them, relying upon cheating in the online tests, but unfortunately, our exams happened offline, and they couldn't cheat. As a result, they failed. With this, we can conclude that online classes need attention, but as I said, most of the students fail in this and suffer.

For concentrating in online classes, the following things should be kept in mind-

  1. Close all the other tabs: rest of the tabs should be closed for less distraction. Avoid opening other windows or tab.
  2. Interact in the class: accept being a quiet corner, interact with the teacher and put up questions. 
  3. Listen to the teacher carefully: try to understand every single word. 
  4. Participate: participation in the class and activities.
  5. Get ready: before the classes start, you should prepare in advance with the study materials. One should look presentable. 
  6. Switch on the camera: switching on the camera is the most uncomfortable task for students but, this engages the students and tells them that they have to behave. Schools are not a place to be comfortable but to learn. 
  7. Sit in a quiet place: in the beginning, one needs a quiet place to concentrate easily. a quiet house might be problematic for some students as most of the homes are small. Try to get the minimum disturbance in the background. 


Try, try but don't cry and believe in yourself. We know you can do it. Just have some patience and work hard. All the best for your new class! Every day gives an opportunity. Just try your best!
